Frequently Asked Questions

I just placed my order. When will it be ready? 

Order fulfillment varies based on store hours, availability of items, and volume of orders. There is a minimum of 2 hours between the time the order is entered and it showing up in our system to be processed.  On extremely busy days orders may take up to 24hrs to process.  You will receive an email from our system when your order is processed.

How do I make changes to my order? 

You cannot make changes to your order once it has been placed. You will need to contact the bookstore for assistance. 

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

South Arkansas Community College’s preferred mailing service, FedEx, does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. 

How much will it cost to ship my order?

When checking out you will be given a list of shipping options that includes the shipping cost. 

Store Pickup

Items ordered online can be shipped to the store for FREE! On Delivery Options page select 'Store Pickup'. We will send you emails with updates on your order's status as they become available.
