General Return Policy RETURN AND REFUND POLICY (all items must be unopened and unused)  1. Course Materials (books/access codes/required items)***

• First 5 class days of a semester or within 5 days of when purchased (whichever is later)=100% refund.
• Class days 6-10 of a semester or within 6-10 days of purchase (whichever is later)=50% refund.
• Class days 11 or later of a semester or 11 days from purchase (whichever is later)=no refund.
• ***Lab kits are not eligible for returns; kits are sold as is.
• Shipping charges for items you ship to the bookstore for return are not refunded.

2. General Merchandise (clothing, etc.)

• Full refund within 30 days of purchase.
• Computers and Tablets are non returnable.
• Shipping charges for items you ship to the bookstore for return are not refunded.
